Student Parliament is the student representative body of the University for business studies.

It is the body through which students exercise their rights and protect their interests at the University, i.e. organizational units of the University. All students who are enrolled in studies in the academic year in which the student representative body is elected have the right to elect and be elected as a member of the Student Parliament.

The Student Parliament of the University of Business Studies Banja Luka consists of representatives of each of the seven faculties whose mandate lasts one year.

Members of the Student Parliament are guaranteed freedom of opinion and expression.

The Student Parliament presidency consists of the president, vice president and Secretary.
