Freshmen reception in East Sarajevo
18/10/2023Since its establishment, the University of Business Studies has paid great attention to its social responsibility and support to socially vulnerable categories. One of the key initiatives we are proud of is providing free higher education to the residents of the home for children and youth without parental care “Rada Vranješević” in Banja Luka.
This initiative is not the result of an official partnership, but a reflection of our deep commitment to ensuring equal educational opportunities for all. The University of business studies continuously provides free study to young people who stay in this home in order to enable them to create better conditions for further stay in the home and develop competencies necessary for independent and quality life.
This initiative has existed since the founding of our University and reflects our deep belief in the power of education as a means to transform life. Scholarships are awarded to home residents based on their needs and potential, and aim to provide them with access to higher education in order to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to build a bright future. The University of Business Studies appreciates the importance of supporting socially disadvantaged categories in society and we will continue to advocate for this initiative. We strive to provide a hand of support to young people from the Home “Rada Vranješević” in order to provide them with an education that will change their lives and contribute to the development of the wider community.
